Zombieland was just a damn fun movie. A lot of it really didn't make a whole lot of sense, but all the fun one-liners and original kills and gore kinda made up for it.

I try to keep these designs pretty simple, but I think I went too far when working on the carnival stuff in the background. Oh well!

UPDATE: Changed some fonts around and removed some pesky studio logos and other nonsense.

Hay my friend would you mind me asking what the name of the font is u used for the acotrs name under the Zombieland Headline. Im making book covers at the moment and ich looking for a font like that. Hope you can help me out. Thanx

The font is called Hitchcock and is possibly the most over-used type for these kinds of posters. I should know--I use it on pretty much every design. Heh.

Thanx for the quick reply, I just wanted to try it out for a little illustration on a bookcover without having to cut out my own letters. I found the Vertigo too. However Thanx a lot, u helped me out.

But...but...I LOVE the pesky studio logos! Can't you put them back in? Or put in the old 60's Columbia Pictures logo (the one with the big 'C' and the torch inside the 'C'? :)

I agree. It was presented to me that removing those logos makes this slightly less illegal somehow so I complied.

Thank you! Some folks dig the folds, others think it takes away from the design. I'm still not sure which way I like better.

I think it's a very important part of it. I also like seeing people put leaf ears on the corners.
It just adds an older pinup look to it.
